Amanda is phenomenal and I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a travel agent. We tried working with other agents prior to her and it was a huge headache but once we started working with her she made things so smooth and simple. She was very helpful in selecting all of our hotels & trains across the UK & Europe. Also dealing with the trains throughout Europe especially in Italy she kept us updated on strikes going on and gave us advice on how to handle it. She was even able to help get us a refund due to a train being delayed for a certain amount of time. Amanda really made this experience so easy and headache free for us and we will absolutely utilize her services again the next time we plan a big trip!

I personally travel very often, I am aware of all expected and unexpected travel nuances, and am able to navigate general trip planning on my own. With that in mind, I was blown away by Amanda’s attention to detail and her ability to go above and beyond to ensure every single detail (and likely details you would not normally think of) have been taken care of. She made our group feel very special and not just another number or client. She was extremely patient, friendly, thorough, and helpful throughout our planning process and then also prior, during, and post the vacation itself.

Amanda was a pleasure to work with; we felt secure that she would take care of us any way she could during our travels. Very responsive if we had to change plans. We primarily used rail travel from one city to another. Stations were usually nearby; once we got used to the system, it was easy to navigate. Time arranged for activities was very good; we didn’t feel rushed. Amanda’s choice of accommodations was perfect for us. Good locations and nice rooms. She responded quickly with any concerns we had. Couldn’t ask for a better travel agent!
